We received the 16 x 48 sanding belts very quickly and well packaged. So far I'm still using the first belt and I am well satisfied with how well it is holding up. I had previously purchased belts from a different supplier and the belts kept coming apart at the splice. some of them only lasted for a couple of passes. Keep up the good work!

I have been a contractor for over 35 years and these wide sanding belts meet the test. They track accurately on the machinery and cut through the material with ease. Without a doubt some of the best belts we have worked with over the years. I missed out on their Valentines Day special by a couple of weeks and that would have made this transaction even better and at a cost savings to my bottom line. I normally get the regular belts but this time I tried the Zirconia 60 grit as we had a bit more stock removal to do and they worked fantastic. They seemed to last much longer and were far more consistent than the standard belts. Great product!

This was my first order with Maverick Abrasives. I was previously using another supplier, but they have not been able to ship in anywhere a timely matter lately.
I wound up ordering 15 sanding belts from the good folks at Maverick. I have only tried a few of them so far, but they seem to be of top quality and work well. I am a stringed instrument builder. We use a lot of ebony, mahogany, rosewood, figured maple, etc. These belts are performing nicely on all of these wood species.
Before and after my purchase, I put in a couple of phone calls to Maverick, and they were dealt with immediately and professionally.
I am using these 16" X 48" belts on a Grizzly No. 9983 15" Wide Belt Sander. It's good to have that extra 1" of width on the belts, and they fit this sander fine, and they track well.
It will take me some time to run through these fifteen 80-180 grit belts, but when I need more, Maverick Abrasives will be my first choice!
